Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area. Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly. Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market. Two (2) different sales classes offered for General Managers semiannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management. Technical Training The technical training for technicians includes: HVAC tune-up procedural training semiannually Heat exchanger and CO inspection annually Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually Ongoing NATE certification and specialty courses as required Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in additional instruction through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better offer a complete education to our technical staff. Miscellaneous Training Twice a year, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, tools, and framework for operating a business from the P&L aspect. Customer Service Specialist Three (3) times annually, perform outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this class we study heating, ventilation, and air conditioning basics, why people buy, calling procedures, scripts, customer buying signs, and overcoming customer grievances. Dispatcher No formal courses offered. Ongoing training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff at center level.
